In about 90% of our CrossFit workouts, we run 400m and 800m distances. These are fairly straightforward, short, and hard. On those days when you see 5k and 10k for time posted as the workout of the day, most of us often wonder how we'll ever measure the distance, much less get out there and actually do it.
