We had our organizational meeting this morning for the CrossFit Ocean City Running Team. About 12 of us have decided to run the Ocean City 1/2 Marathon or 5K on April 12th. Those running in either of the races on April 12th will meet regularly on the weekends between now and race day to focus on form and sport specific training for the event. During your regular WODs throughout the week, you'll still do the same WOD, but we'll enhance your workouts with additional running skill work. Next Saturday morning, February 23, we'll run two WODs at 7 and 8:15. We'll have the regular WOD at the regular location, and we'll have a running WOD, which will focus on videotaping your running form for review and critique. Please note that the running-only WODs will be held at our Bishopville location next Saturday morning. Come dressed for cold weather.
