There's a growing movement of CrossFit method being used in schools throughout the country. A lot of schools even become CrossFit Affiliates, complete with their own on-campus box to train in and online blogs. You can check out some of these affiliates by going to CrossFit.com and scrolling down the long list of affiliates until you get to the non-profit/club affiliates. Still other schools have a less obvious CrossFit influence, instead relying on students, teachers, and staff who CrossFit to spread the word. Either way, it's having an impact on our youth and how they train for sport and life. Afterall, kids are never too young to start CrossFit. Functional fitness is for everyone.
