Sometimes, coming up with a purpose, or short term goal, is all it takes to ramp up your training. Neil changed his training from two times per week to unlimited and is making huge gains across the board. Neil has a renewed purpose for training hard. He's an army reservist and heads off to ranger school in January. That's a school that requires tremendous endurance, a strong mind, and a strong desire to succeed -all qualities developed through hard CrossFit training.
