What is a "wet" Murph? For that matter, what does it mean when we put the word "wet" in front of a named WOD? It isn't the weather, though for the past several days that would appear to be the case. What we mean by a "Wet" WOD is that we've taken a WOD that requires running and swapped out rowing instead. So, a "Wet" Helen is 3 rounds of: 500m row, 21 kettlebell swings, and 12 pullups. A "Wet" Murph then becomes: 2000m row, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and 2000m row. The pic above is of Steve F. cranking out his pullups with a 20 pound weight vest on. He completed the entire "Wet" Murph in 53:08 - all while wearing the 20 pound vest.
