The WOD included 500m rows and 5RM sets of front squats. Hilary stayed consistent with a 1:54 average 500m row times and excellent form on both the front squats and rows throughout the five-round WOD. Hilary strives for excellence and pushes herself to get better at all things CrossFit, but not at the expense of good form. Way to go Hilary!
