These are great words to apply to your CrossFit training. Simply put, if you can't do the movement, or do it as prescribed, then scale! Remember, CrossFit is for everyone, but not everyone is tough enough to do CrossFit. Be proud of the fact that you are a CrossFitter and that you excel each and every time you do a workout!
