Whether the class size is one, three, or twelve, you'll get your money's worth. Warmup, mobility work, skill drills, and a workout followed by time to cool down and stretch are the hallmark of the training we strive for at CFOC. If you've only trained in large groups, try hitting the 8:30 am classes or 6:30 and 7 pm classes for smaller groups. Likewise, if all you've trained with are the small groups, try to hit up a classtime with larger groups to see what that's like. It's good to mix things up and work with different coaches and people so that you stay on top of your game and push yourself.
