Often, CFOC has fantastic food spreads after special WODs and events. It's a great opportunity for everyone to share new recipes and try new foods. This layout was no exception. Every bit of the food seen is Paleo. Essentially, Paleo eating means eating food that could have only been found outside the cave some 10,000 years ago. While we certainly see the food's presented in nice containers, the substance is basically the same - real food. People often are amazed at just how good eating can be when you take out the processed parts and the sugar.
