Jenelle working on some overhead walking lunges
Jenelle has CrossFitted in the summers with us for the past three years. She's an accomplished swimmer and member of Ocean City's Beach Patrol. CrossFit has kept her strong for her lifesaving skills and enabled her to compete on one of the Beach Patrol competition teams. Additionally, Jenelle and her boyfriend recently won a kayak race in Ocean City. I'm sure her time at CFOC helped her pull that off as well!
