The staff of CrossFit Ocean City will provide support for all members to achieve their health and fitness goals. The key to success is that YOU have to have a goal. Without a goal, you'll plateau and fail to see improved performance. That will lead to boredom, lack of energy, and disinterest in your training. Without a goal, you'll find other things to do besides coming to classes regularly. Without a goal, life will throw up barriers and resistance, drag you down, and inhibit your health and fitness.

If you're not getting the most from our program, then perhaps you're not putting in the work to avail yourself of the vast health and fitness offerings we provide (i.e. the tools). We can only do so much. The old saying is that you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink holds true for CrossFit training as well. While you can certainly do CrossFit on your own in your garage, work out with a friend, or just train on your own in a globo gym, you won't have the support offered by CFOC, the coaching, or the membership perks. So, maximize your training or not. That decision is up to you, but the tools are there if you really want to make a difference.
