Nutrition forms the base for maximal potential - in and out of the gym. Food for Fuel is an essential component of every program at CrossFit Ocean City. Our goal is to provide ongoing education and resources so you can uncover what works best for your health, your fitness goals, and your life.
Next week, we will begin another nutrition and performance challenge. For 9 weeks, participants will evaluate nutrition and lifestyle habits in terms of good-better-best. Everyday, participants will have an opportunity to determine which ones serve them best. Our hope is to highlight the productive habits and replace the unproductive ones.
This month our Food for Fuel Seminar looks at Paleo: What is it, why adopt it, and how to do it?
The next Food for Fuel Seminar is this Thursday, September 13, 6:45-7:30pm. Lurong Paleo Challenge Guidelines will follow the Food for Fuel Seminar (7:30-8:15pm). If you are interested in attending either or both sessions, please sign-up at the gym.
