Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats
8 rounds of Squats where you do as many squats as you can for 20 seconds followed immediately by a 10 second rest; however, when you rest, it must be done at the bottom of the squat while holding good form.
Follow up by shovelling as much snow as you can for 15 minutes.
