The perfect WOD for me coming at the perfect time! I set a deadlift PR of 235 pounds today! Previous best had been 185. My goal for while we were on Paleo was 200. My goal for the year was to deadlift 1.5 times my weight by spring (that would be 225). Exceeded all of those goals this morning! Hurray!
Is it the Paleo, or intense WODs with wonderful peer support and outstanding coaching? YES!
As Cameron said to me afterwards, "Time to set some new goals."

Way to go Frank!!I did 1/2mile swim no time {to many kids }then did 75 push press with dumbbell.
