“Hope”
Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24" box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups
"Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
Thursday - 5/31
Practice rope climbs (at least 5 full climbs, or use progression series if you're not yet climbing)
Then: 150 burpees for time
Friday - 6/1
Three rounds for time of:
50 Double-unders (sub box jumps)
40 Sit-ups
30 Medicine ball cleans (20/14)
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
Saturday - 6/2
Team WOD
Teams of 4 rotate through the following stations. The runner sets the pace. Score only the kettlebell swings and air squats. For 20 minutes, the teams do the following:
