While we all have busy lives, a small investment in a large lunch cooler will provide you with all the food you need throughout the day. Keep in mind that this is a Paleo Diet Challenge, not a reenactment of the Bataan Death March. You have to eat. Starvation is not a diet plan and will lead to your physical decline, loss of muscle mass, and ultimate failure. Anyone who has health concerns, you need to let the trainers know now so we can help you make some adjustments or put you back on track.
If you're not getting enough to eat, try eating more fat. Do you have a hangup with eating fat?
