Week #3: Continue to eat as you normally do, but do not consume grains of any kind. "Why?"
Most people are intolerant to grains, in particular wheat, to some degree. Symptoms vary from person to person and may be slightly annoying to downright painful. In addition, grains are highly inflammatory so they cause the body to look "puffy."
Take this week and see how you feel as a result of eliminating all grains.
