So always keep in mind that two steps forward and one step back is STILL one step in the right direction. Don't be discouraged when you fall. Pick yourself up and keep going.

Write down a favorite inspiring quote or fitness goal and tape it to your car dashboard, or on the fridge, or in the shower where you'll see it every morning. Watch that inspiring YouTube video every night before you go to bed. Things like this provide you with a consistent daily reminder of your commitment to change and help to maintain motivation."
